PARSA has been working at the grassroots level in Afghan communities since 1996. We have consistently evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of the people we support. ماموریت پارسا آموزش و توسعه جوانان افغان که در آینده رهبران نسل جوان خواهند بود،  است که از جوامع و جامعه مدنی افغانستان حمایت می‌کنند، از طریق ارائه و تسهیل برنامه‌ های نوآورانه و تاثیرگذار. چشم‌انداز پارسا یک افغانستانی است که توسط رهبران متعهد افغان اداره می‌شود؛ رهبرانی که به مراقبت از همه اعضای جامعه اختصاص یافته ‌اند و توانایی این کار را دارند. پارسا از سال ۱۹۹۶ در سطح محلی در جوامع افغان فعالیت می‌کند. این سازمان همواره با نیازهای متغیر افرادی که از آنها حمایت می‌کند، تطبیق یافته است. ما به شدت به توانمند سازی افراد دارای دید گاه که خواهان ایجاد تغییرات مثبت در جوامع افغانی هستند، باور داریم. برنامه‌هایی که پارسا اجرا می‌کند، تحت هدایت یک رهبر پارسا با یک چشم‌انداز مشخص انجام می‌شود
Job Description:
Are you ready to reconnect with your community and develop skills that will help you make a positive impact in Afghanistan while working to set a pathway for yourself to economic independence? Brothers 4 Brothers International is offering a unique training opportunity for Afghan men who want to build on their experiences in Europe and leverage those skills to contribute to Afghan society. Through this program, participants will receive targeted training, mentorship, and support to help them reintegrate into Afghan society, use their knowledge and experiences in meaningful ways, and work towards a pathway to economic independence though employment or entrepreneurship training.
شرح برنامه کارآموزی:
آیا آماده‌اید تا دوباره با جامعه خود ارتباط برقرار کنید و مهارتهایی را که به شما کمک کند تا تأثیر مثبتی در افغانستان بگذارید،  توسعه دهید؟ و در عین حال مسیر خود را به سمت استقلال اقتصادی هموار کنید. برنامه برادران برای برادران بین ‌المللی یک فرصت آموزشی منحصر به فرد برای مردان افغان ارائه میدهد که میخواهند از تجربیات خود در اروپا بهره ‌برداری کرده و از این مهارتها برای کمک به جامعه افغانی استفاده کنند.
از طریق این برنامه، شرکت‌کننده گان آموزشهای هدفمند، مشاوره و حمایت دریافت می‌کنند تا به آنها کمک شود تا دوباره در جامعه افغانی ادغام شوند، دانش و تجربیات خود را به شیوه‌ای معنادار به کار گیرند و از طریق آموزشهای مربوط به اشتغال وظیفه مناسب به سوی استقلال اقتصادی گام بردارند.

     Eligibility Criteria:

Have spent at least two years abroad in Europe and returned to Afghanistan within the last five years
Currently facing challenges in finding stable income or fully reintegrating into Afghan society
No current job or business
Ready to commit to a regular schedule and actively engage in the program four days per week
In sufficient mental and physical health to actively engage in program activities and complete assigned tasks effectively.

معیارات واجد شرایط بودن:
حداقل دو سال را در اروپا گذرانده و در پنج سال گذشته به افغانستان بازگشته باشید
 در حال حاضر با چالش‌هایی در یافتن درآمد پایدار یا ادغام کامل در جامعه افغانستان روبرو باشید
 فعلا کدام شغل یا کسب ‌وکار نداشته باشید
داشته باشید.  آمادگی برای تعهد و مشارکت فعال به یک برنامه منظم به مدت چهار روزدرهفته
از سلامت روانی و جسمانی کافی برخوردار باشید تا بتوانید به طور فعال در فعالیت‌های برنامه شرکت کرده و وظایف محوله را به طور مؤثر انجام دهید

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are motivated to connect with a community, develop meaningful skills, and seek support in navigating the challenges of reintegration. We are looking for participants who are eager to develop professionally and personally, committed to contributing to their communities, and motivated to take accountability for their own success. Successful participants will demonstrate dedication to the program and a strong drive to apply the skills and knowledge they gain. Candidates should be ready to engage in a collaborative environment, willing to learn and contribute, and open to being part of a structured development process.
